Where We Ship

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment partners. Our most popular destinations are the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Handcrafted and made-to-order pieces may take an additional 3–5 business days before dispatch; we'll let you know if your order needs extra time.

Delivery Times

Delivery times below are counted after your order has been dispatched:

United States: 8–20 business days
Canada / Australia: typically 8–25 business days
Rest of world: typically 10–30 business days

Please allow up to 25 business days from order to delivery for US orders (processing + transit). Handcrafted pieces may take a few days longer. Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier schedules, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order anytime on our order tracking page.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated by weight and shown at checkout before you complete your order. Orders over $99 ship free.

Customs & Import Taxes

In most cases, product prices and shipping fees do not include customs duties or import taxes. If your country's customs authority charges import duties, those charges are payable by the recipient and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.

Good news for US customers: Most orders valued under $800 USD are exempt from import duties under the US De Minimis threshold. Regulations can change, so please check with your local customs office if you have questions.
