Refund Policy

At Goodspickzone, we're committed to making sure you love what you order. If anything isn't right, please reach out to us at goodspickzone@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match what you ordered, we'll provide a full refund or a replacement — no need to return the item.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

Your order number
A short description of the problem
Clear photo(s) of the issue

We'll arrange your refund or replacement within 1–2 business days of receiving this information.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for quality issues or incorrect items only. In these cases, we'll send you a replacement and no return of the original item is required.

Returns for Other Reasons

If you'd like to return an item for personal reasons (for example, you changed your mind or the size isn't right), please note:

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
Please include your proof of purchase with the return.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Final sale / promotional items
Gift cards
Custom or personalized items

EU consumers: your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is not affected by the above. If you're in the EU, you may cancel your order or return an item within 14 days of receiving it for any reason; return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven't received it after this time, please contact goodspickzone@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.
