Quality Issues or Wrong Shipments

If the product has quality defects, damage, or does not match the order, we will refund the full amount without requiring a return. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt with your order number, description of the issue, and photos. We will arrange a refund or re-shipment within 1–2 business days.

Exchanges

For quality issues or wrong shipments, we will re-arrange shipping without requiring the original product to be returned.

Non-Quality Returns

For personal reasons (dislike, wrong size, etc.), the buyer bears international return shipping costs. The original shipping fee is not refunded. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Customs & Import Taxes

International customs and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in refunds.

EU Customers

You have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, per the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Return shipping is borne by the buyer.
